The Egg Harbor City man accused of killing his girlfriend and her son, then setting the home they all shared on fire will have his first court appearance this afternoon.
Joseph Palmer III, 38, is charged with two counts of murder, and one count of aggravated arson in the killings of Michelle Heist Pabst, 38, and her 7-year-old son, Gavin Pabst, last Wednesday.
