School Choice Program Frozen



The popularity of the state’s public school choice program has resulted in an enrollment freeze that advocates worry could damage or even kill the program.
For 2015-16, districts have been approved for funding only to replace choice students who graduate or leave. They can accept all siblings of choice students already in the school, which in some schools will use up all the available seats and more.
