Michael Huggins Captured In Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY — The last of four juvenile inmates who escaped from Harborfields Juvenile Justice Facility on Wednesday was captured in the city Thursday morning, authorities said.

Michael Huggins, an 18-year-old who has been previously charged with murder, escaped from Harborfields with three other teens after midnight on Wednesday.
Huggins remained at-large until Thursday morning when he was arrested in Atlantic City.

Huggins was charged with escape, robbery, assault of a law enforcement officer, conspiracy and possession of a handgun, among other charges.
