Senate & Assembly Debates Tonight

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP — Stockton University will host debates for state Senate and Assembly candidates in the 2nd Legislative District on Wednesday at Stockton’s Campus Center Theatre.

 The first hourlong debate, set to start at 6 p.m., will feature Senate candidates Chris Brown, a Republican, and Colin Bell, a Democrat.

The Assembly debate will start at 7:30 p.m., following a 30-minute break, and will feature Republican candidates Brenda Taube and Vince Sera as well as Democrats John Armato and incumbent Vince Mazzeo.

The debates will be open to the public. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
