General Election 2016 - Mullica Twp.

November 8th is the General Election
Polls open at 6:00 a.m. and close promptly at 8:00 p.m.
Ward 1 – Elwood Fire House
Ward 2 – Nesco Fire House
Ward 3 – Living Faith Chapel (Formerly VFW)

There are three seat openings on the Mullica Township Board of Education. These are for a full 3 year term.
Only one person, Susan Brownhill, is on the ballot. A write in campaign has been started for the other two seats.  The names must be put in the machine exactly as written below or else they will not count.

The Township Committee has two seats open with three people on the ballot.  You can vote for two

There are three very important questions for you to vote Yes or No 

#1 - Constitutional Amendment to PERMIT Casino Gambling in two counties other than Atlantic City.

#2 - Constitutional Amendment to dedicate additional revenues To State Transportation System.  ( Gas Tax - see link below for more info)

Very important is question #3.  Mullica Schools need extensive repairs that can not be covered in the budget.
  A YES vote to bond proposal I & II will allow that the State debt service aid percentage will equal 48.9654% of the annual debt service due with respect to the final eligible costs of the projects.
