MULLICA TOWNSHIP -- Five people have been arrested in connection to a burglary that occurred in May.
Five people tied up the man who lived in the home with duct tape and stole several belongings, police said.
The five people charged were
Victor Owens, 30 of Mays Landing, John Digiacomo, 31, of Hammonton, Tony
Nichols, 21, of Mays Landing, Aryan Harris, 23, of Mays Landing, and
Jessica Myers, 29, of Hammonton. The arrests were made over the past two
weeks, police said.

The following information is an update to a home invasion that occurred in the Sweetwater section of Mullica Township on May 4th 2016. The incident involved a male victim being assaulted and restrained with duct tape in his own home, the assailants then removed several items from the home.
Five (5) individuals have been charged in connection with this event. The charges are a result of extensive efforts by several law enforcement agencies. Charged in the event are:
(1) Victor Owens 30 of Mays Landing
(2) John Digiacomo 31 of Hammonton
(3) Tony Nichols 21 of Mays Landing
(4) Aryan Harris 23 of Mays Landing
Each individual above were charged with:
Robbery in the 1st degree, Burglary in the 2nd degree, Aggravated Assault in the 2nd degree, Criminal Restraint in the 3rd degree and Endangering the welfare of the elderly a crime in the 3rd degree. Bail was set at $250,000 full for each; all were lodged at the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
The fifth suspect:
(5) Jessica Myers 29 of Hammonton was charged with conspiracy in the 4th degree and criminal trespass in the 4th degree. Bail was set at $35,000 full; she was also lodged at in Atlantic County.
Several different law enforcement agencies have assisted this agency in this event; they are the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, the Hamilton Township Police Department and the Galloway Township Police K9 Unit. This agency would also like to thank the members of the public that have come forward with information in this matter. The investigative efforts put forth by the Mullica Township Police Department were led by Detective Joseph Lupinetti.

Owens, Digiacomo, Nichols and
Harris were charged with aggravated assault, burglary, robbery, criminal
restraint and endangering the welfare of the elderly. They were taken
to the Atlantic County jail after failing to individually post $250,000
bail.
Myers was charged with conspiracy and criminal trespass and was taken to the Atlantic County jail after failing to pay $35,000.
