THE GADFLY-In Memory of Larry Angel: Gas Tax Vote Stalled

UPDATE: Senate Democrats said a vote on the 23-cent gas tax hike plan, which includes a 1 percent cut in the sales tax, will not happen Thursday.
It's not clear when, or if the Democrat-controlled Senate will take up the controversial plan, but they did say that talks are continuing.
