Mullica Man Charged With Sexual Contact of Girl, 13

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP — A 53-year-old Elwood man was arrested and charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact in connection with an incident in Mays Landing on Saturday night, police said.

Sinclair Ceasar also was charged with a count of endangering the welfare of a child. Ceasar was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $50,000 cash bail set by Judge H. Robert Switzer.

Hamilton Township police responded to Inspira Medical Center in Vineland after a report of an aggravated criminal sexual contact incident that occurred in Mays Landing earlier in the day. The victim was a 13-year-old girl, police said.

Assisting with the investigation were the Millville Police Department, Mullica Township Police Department and state Department of Children and Families.
