Mullica Variance Application


PUBLIC NOTICE You are hereby notified that Brian/Heather Kowalski have applied to the Mullica Township Planning Board for road frontage and any and all variances, which will permit me to build at my property located at 4547 Indian Cabin Rd. , Block 5601 Lot 10, Mullica Township, New Jersey. Front yard setback variance of 150 ft where 200 is required. There is a deed restriction on 62.3 acre portion of block 5601, lot 10 in order to meet the threatened and endangered species protection standards. All development must be moved forward to adhere the accordance with the deed restriction via pinelands. A public hearing on my application will be held by the Mullica Township Planning Board at 7:30 P.M. on October 2, 2015 in the Mullica Township Municipal Building, 4528 White Horse Pike Elwood NJ. If you have any objection to the granting of this application, attend the meeting and you will be heard.
