                                             NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION 

TAKE NOTICE, the undersigned shall expose for sale, in accordance with N.J.SA.39:10A-1 AT PUBLIC AUCTION ON July 30, 2015.  The below described vehicles came into possession through abandonment or failure of owners to claim same.  All vehicles may be examined at Gary's Used Cars, 4612 White Horse Pike, Elwood, N.J. on July 29, 2015 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  The auction of said vehicles will take place at 1:00 p.m. on July 30, 2015 at the Township of Mullica Municipal Building, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood, N.J. 08217
The sale is to be on each individual lot. The vehicles in each lot will be sold "AS IS" with NO warranties or guarantees, and must be removed by the successful bidder(s) within 48 hours of sale.  Payment of cash or certified funds must be made in full at the time of sale.

The Township of Mullica reserves the right to adjourn this sale without prior notice.  The Township reserves the right to withdraw any vehicle from the sale list prior to sale.  Any vehicle not sold shall be disposed of as directed by the Township of Mullica.
