Gavin Pabst, 7, of Egg Harbor City and his dad John Pabst, 40, of Barnegat, at last summer's motorcycle poker run to raise money for a family friend with cancer. This summer his dad is holding one in memory of his son, who was the victim of homicide last November.
The event, in which motorcyclists travel a 60-mile route, picking up cards and seeing who can collect the best poker hand, will raise money for a scholarship fund and for a donation to a woman’s shelter,

day of the event at Nancy's Country Kitchen, 910 W. White Horse Pike,
Cologne section of Galloway Township.
How much:
Fee $20 per rider; $15 per passenger, followed by "Moo-Moo-A-Palooza" concert. Shirts $12. Concert-only tickets $10.
