Native plant swap
More than 60 varieties of
highly-prized native trees, shrubs and perennials are available for
pre-order in conjunction with the seventh annual Native Plant Swap by
the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the South Jersey Shore. This
year's selection includes 8 different trees, 24 shrubs and 30
perennials, available on a first come, first served basis. The offerings
include native plants for sun, part shade, shade and coastal
conditions.
The deadline for pre-ordering and submitting payment is April 1. Order forms and information are available online at uucsjs.org.
Plants may be picked up from 4 to 6 p.m. May 8, or during the UUCSJS
7th Annual Native Plant Swap from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 9, at the UU
Center at 75 S. Pomona Road at the corner of Liebig Street, Galloway
Township.
