Frozen pipes. Broken heaters. Now an ice-bound ferry. Just the latest of a growing list this February of victims of the constant cold in a month that will not only be one of the coldest February's on record in South Jersey, but one of the coldest months in 140 years of record-keeping.

Better yet, ask the folks living at the shore.
Do you mean all the people who built on the barrier islands. It's surprising that they are having problems.
