Brutal Cold Temperatures Tonight

Temperatures will dip below 10 in many areas with wind chill readings below zero across New Jersey.
Friday will be frigid, too. The sun will be out but in even in a generally warmer spots in South Jersey, the wind chill will drop to -5 even though the thermometer will show it's in the 20s.
