Keurig Recalls Mini Plus Brewing Systems Due to Burn Hazard
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall on Dec. 23 for some 7 million Keurig Mini Plus brewing systems because of burn hazards.
Water in the Keurig Mini Plus can overheat during brewing, spray out and burn consumers, according to consumer safety experts.
There are about 6.6 million Keurig Mini Plus brewing systems in the U.S. and 564,000 Canada, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
