The Administration violated the state code which REQUIRES an aide to be present in Mascio's 21 student maximum class.
Was this the first time an aide was pulled from the class to substitute in a different class or is this a common practice to violate the state codes?
Maybe it's time the state investigates the practices of this Administration.
