Where's The "Sandy" money??

NJ's tally for the first wave of federal post- Sandy funds:  13 cents for every dollar promised.

The Newark Star Ledger did an in-depth analysis that is based on data provided by the Hurricane Sandy Rebuilding Task Force, a panel appointed by the President that coordinates the allocation of federal funds, and state agencies.

Aaron Jacobs, spokesman for the federal task force, called for patience and assured that the federal money will come.
