This is messed up. How could they put notice in the paper back in Jan. & Feb about a special meeting in the middle of May that they didn't even know they were going to have?
It's called laziness and cutting and pasting from an old agenda, perhaps the February special budget meeting agenda? The fact this got by all the committee members tells you everything you need to know.
