Two women were killed during a crash in Atlantic County late Wednesday night.
Police were called to Elwood Avenue and Route 30 in Mullica Township after reports of a collision just before 10:30 p.m.
Authorities said two women, ages 61 and 29, were in a vehicle when it collided with a Jeep Wrangler. The impact sent their vehicle into a wooded area. Both women were killed in the accident.
At least two additional injuries were reported, but further details were not immediately available.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
