On Thursday, September 12th, 2019, Richard J. Martin, 27, of Egg Harbor City was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (Heroin) and Possession with Intent to Distribute by Egg Harbor City Detective Rich Brown and members of the Atlantic County Prosecutors Office. Martin was released on summons pending his scheduled court appearance.
