Liz Rabush (Middle School Secretary) is coordinating our MTEA “stuff the backpack” campaign for our Mullica families and students in need of school supplies.
Thanks to the Elwood Volunteer FD, and a Local Motor Cycle Club, the school has received enough backpacks. Members of the Pinelands United Methodist Church and a few private individuals have also donated items to stuff the backpacks, but we could use some more items.
No child should go without the supplies they need to start the school year off right.
If you have extra supplies (pencils, crayons, highlighters, Post-It Notes, pens, markers, notebooks, etc.) our deserving students could use your help. Please take a look at the school supply lists on the school webpage for ideas of items that are needed.
Based on need, Liz Rabush will customize and prepare backpacks for individual students based off the class lists for the student’s grade level.
IF you are a family in need of assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Liz in the Middle School Office.
On behalf of the 110 members of the MTEA, thank you!
