So let me see, your making someone a supervisor of Public Works that has NO certifications. How does that work. Do you now Need
someone else sign off (or pay) on everything he does because he’s not certified. Mullica Twp. at its best
The appointed person has all the qualifications necessary to assume the position as supervisor not superintendent of Public Works. The current superintendent will remain on board until the supervisor completes his course of training and is fully certified to assume the position of superintendent. As you know, this was a difficult winter and spring. The storms and rain were relentless. The guys have been busy chipping the piles of debris left on every street throughout the township. They have also been busy filling potholes, clearing storm drains, mowing and taking care of all their other duties. The rec fields were seeded in November. With all the rain we had, the roots never had a chance to grow deep. That along with other issues have demanded extra time and effort at those fields. Hang in their, be patient, Public Works is doing the best it can with the manpower and budget available. Thank you. (I believe this IS Mullica at it's best.
