Mullica Application for Reconstruction


Please take notice that the undersigned has filed an application with the Township of Mullica, Atlantic County, New Jersey, Planning Board of Adjustment for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval, for the demolition and reconstruction of a commercial restaurant/bar/marina known as the “Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina”. The subject property is located in the Sweetwater Village (SV) Zone, in Block: 5002, Lot(s) 24, 27, and 30, as shown on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Mullica, and commonly referred to as 2780-2792 Seventh Avenue, Mullica Twp., Atlantic County, New Jersey. The applicant will request Preliminary and Major Final Site Plan approval, and Waivers from the Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan requirements, and any other Variance and/or Waivers that may be required. The applicant is available for examination at the Township of Mullica Municipal Clerk’s Office, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood, New Jersey 08217, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you have any objection to the granting of this application, attend the meeting and you will be heard.
A Public Hearing will be conducted before the Mullica Township Planning Board in connection with this application at the Township of Mullica Municipal Building, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood, New Jersey 08217, on May 2, 2018, at 7:30 PM.
