PLEASANTVILLE — Law enforcement, community leaders and advocates will join next week at a free, public forum to try to stop human trafficking.
From 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, law enforcement agencies will talk about the law and services to help victims at Crossroads Fellowship Church, 101 N. First St.

January is designated National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month. The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office is hosting the event.
It will include Atlantic City and Pleasantville police departments, the FBI and the Coalition for a Safe Community in Atlantic County.
