EVFC Incident #41 07/11/2017 at 6:53pm - Elwood Rd between Blueberry Rd and Reading Ave for Single Motor Vehicle Crash -
Single vehicle accident. Vehicle hit a tree. Performed door pop on driver door. One patient was transported by ambulance and one by helicopter. Engine 16-3 set up a landing zone at the Elwood School. Cut battery cables in vehicle. All units cleared at 7:41pm.
