MAYS LANDING- A number of the medical files pertaining James Kauffman’s medical practice were seized as part of a sensitive and ongoing criminal investigation. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office is in possession of patient files, but not all files.

However, the vast majority of the medical files remained at the medical
office located at 4030 Ocean Heights Ave #102, Egg Harbor Township.
As previously stated, any files that are deemed to have no evidential value will be returned as soon as is practicable. Those files that are kept as evidence shall be copied and those copies shall be returned in a similarly expeditious manner. In the event of an emergency, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office will strive to assist in any way possible.
