MULLICA IN THE PINES HISTORICAL SOCIETY
Historical moments in aviation History will be presented by Bud Walker April 18, at 7:00 PM, at the meeting of the Mullica in the Pines Historical Society. Bud will recount his memories of the Hindenburg and other airships. Memories of the visits to the Shenandoah ZR 1 crash site will be recalled. Some of the facts what he learned about the Shenandoah ZR 1, and the other four rigid Naval Airships will be included. Also, the story of the Naval Air Station at Lakehurst N.J. Pictures, books and memorabilia of the airships will be on display. Mark your calendar, for the meeting Tuesday, April 18, at 7:00PM at the Hilda Frame School, Nesco Road, Nesco.
The Historical Society's fundraiser "Old Time Gift Auction" will be held Saturday April 22, at the Elwood School Cafeteria, 500 Elwood Road, Elwood. Doors open at 4:00 PM. Information call 609-561-4034.
