On February 28th, 2017 a narcotics investigation conducted by Sergeant Matt Landicini and Patrolman Keith Armour, on the 200 Block of Buffalo Avenue, led to the arrest of Brian Foster, 19 of Egg Harbor City, for the possession of 133 bags of heroin. Foster was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute and resisting arrest. He was released on a summons.
On March 6th, 2017 a narcotics investigation conducted by Sergeant Matt Landicini and Patrolman Keith Armour, on the 100 Block of Philadelphia Avenue, led to the arrest of Leonard Allen, 26 of Egg Harbor City, for the possession of 38 bags of heroin. Allen was charged with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with the intent to distribute. He was released on a summons.
On March 7th, 2017 an investigation into a suspicious person conducted
by Sergeant Zach Perna, on the 100 Block of 9th Terrace, led to the
arrest of Joshua Leonard, 23 of Egg Harbor City, for the possession of
201 bags of heroin. Leonard was charged with the possession of heroin
and possession of heroin with the intent to distribute. He was released
on a summons.
