Virginia (Ginny) (Thurston ) Roesch R.I.P.

Roesch, Virginia (Ginny) (Thurston),, - 92, of Egg Harbor City, passed away peacefully on Jan 31, 2017 in the comfort of her own home with her loving husband, Maurice, of 54 years, by her side. Ginny was born on Dec. 3, 1924. She lived her entire life in the local area which included Hammonton, Sweetwater, and Egg Harbor City, NJ. Ginny was a 1941 graduate of Hammonton High School. She attended Business College after graduation. She valued education and always encouraged young people to secure a college education.

 Ginny was a stay-at-home mom while her children were young. She drove a school bus for Mullica Township Area School District until her children were in middle school (1964). Then she returned to working for the Bell Telephone Company in Pleasantville, NJ until retirement.

 Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at St. Nicholas RC Church, 525 St. Louis Ave, Egg Harbor City, NJ on Saturday, February 4, 2017 between the hours of 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Internment will immediately follow at the Egg Harbor City Cemetery.
