* A winter storm warning for Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland and Ocean counties, along with southeastern Burlington County, effective from 3 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday. In those areas, the weather service said motorists can expect hazardous driving conditions because of snow-covered roads and poor visibility, as well as the possibility of scattered power outages, especially along the coast, as winds gust to 30 mph.
