The cold is coming a little early to South Jersey this year, and communities with homeless populations are preparing for an early shot of arctic air.
With
temperatures expected to drop well below freezing over the next several
nights and even lower wind chills, Atlantic City and Bridgeton have
each issued code blue alerts from Friday night through early Sunday.
