I would like to thank Chief Thompson and the Officers of Mullica Township for escorting my Uncle Manuel Respes to his resting place with pride and respect. When I saw Chief Thompson arrive, I recognized him from high school and we quickly greeted. My uncle was very active in the community and with the school district. Following in the footsteps of my grandfather, Rabbi Abel Respes, Uncle Manny has certainly touched many lives. Mullica Township Police have always been very good to our family and I just want to say, this not only comes from me, but the ENTIRE RESPES FAMILY. So many of us were in awe of your support and the honor you gave as you stood "parade-at-ease" during the procession. My heart is full and we could never thank you enough. To the men and women in Blue at Mullica Township Police and their entire department, we salute you and say Thank you. With love, Yael Respes Farr and The Respes Family
