Mullica Historical Society Meeting Tonight


In an effort to get to know the fire companies of our township, this month  Chief Anthony Tomasco of the Elwood Volunteer Fire Company will share with us the History of the Elwood Fire Company and what it takes to be a volunteer in our local fire companies, and how important the volunteers are to our community.

 We invite all to join us August 16th at our regular meeting. Chief Tomasco will speak at 7:00. Mark your calendar and join us, Tuesday August 16th at 7:00pm at the Hilda Frame School, Nesco. Questions call 609-561-4034.


Bonnie Kitching, whose family grew up in Nesco, will share some of her original oil paintings from photographs taken in Nesco and the Pine Barrens.

 Cindy Rossi will discuss the importance of planting milkweed  so the Monarch Butterfly will continue to grow and thrive.
This presentation will take place at the Mullica in the Pines Historical Society meeting on Tuesday, August 16th at 7 PM after the Elwood Fire Company presentation.
 
Bonnie will also be speaking to the Mullica Seniors Group on Wednesday, August 17th at 12:00, noon, in the museum meeting room. Hilda Frame School , 3410 Nesco Road. Nesco. All are welcome. Information Francis (609) 442-9590.
