On July 29, 2016 the MTPD responded to a report of a theft of 2 ATVs and 1 trailer. The theft occurred in the Nesco section of Mullica Township. Hammonton Policde advised they had also experienced similar thefts.
Det. Ryan Spencer, along with Detectives from Hammonton Police, investigated these thefts.
Following the execution of a search warrant, Det. Spencer arrested
Hector Milan, 30, of Williamstown, NJ. On August 23 Milan was charged
with 2 counts of theft and 1 count of criminal trespass.
On August 25, Det. Spencer arrested Hector Echevarria, 27, of Hammonton. Echevarria was charged with 2 counts of theft and 1 cound of criminal trespass. Echevarria was also charged by Hammonton Police.
The 2 ATVs and trailer were recovered and returned to the rightful owners.
