Trump's Sister Is a Judge

Maryanne Barry, Senior United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit is Donald Trump's sister.
Barry, appointed to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey by President Ronald Regan in 1983, rose to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1999 under President Bill Clinton.
In a March 2016 piece, the Washington Post noted Barry has built a reputation as a centrist mainstream Republican and is well regarded by legal observers.

Donald Trump’s sister may be one of the judges that decides whether the public gets to see a list of unindicted co-conspirators connected to the Bridgegate scandal.

The list is a group of individuals that prosecutors believe were involved in the 2013 Bridgegate scandal or its cover-up, but were not charged.

As a senior judge, Barry takes on a reduced case load and may not be on the panel that hears the case. She may also choose to recues herself.
