Update - 4:38 p.m. Officials say they believe Arthur Buckel is no longer in the Barnegat area. The search operation will move away from the area.

Update-As of 8:20 p.m. Wednesday, Buckel remained on the loose. Police believed he was still in Barnegat Township and had more than 100 officers searching the area throughout the day.

The search will continue without a break until Buckel is caught, police said. Officers who worked all day will be relieved, but the number of officers searching will remain the same, police said.
