3 More Rounds Of Coastal Flooding

Coastal flood advisories for minor tidal flooding through tomorrow
A brisk onshore wind from the northeast plus the upcoming new moon means more tidal flooding is likely the next three high tides.  The evening high tides are astronomically higher, and will be the most problematic.  Widespread minor tidal flooding is currently expected, with the Friday evening high tide the highest.

Coastal residents should be careful where they park their cars over the next few days. Drivers should remember to never drive through flooded streets, as the water can be deceptively deep. The National Weather Service advises drivers to  "turn around, don't drown" when they come to a flooded roadway.
