Motorists in Atlantic County are being told to expect lane closures for work related to the Garden State Parkway widening project, according to a news release.
Beginning at 6 p.m on Monday,
through 5 a.m on Tuesday, lane closures will be in effect on the Black
Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township between Fire Road and Tilton Road for
the installation of new steel bridge beams, the news release said.
Additional closures will be in
effect beginning at 7 p.m on Monday, through 5 a.m on Tuesday. Exit 7S
off the Atlantic City Expressway to the Garden State Parkway southbound
will be closed, as well as the Garden State Parkway Exit 37 southbound
ramp to Washington Avenue.
Motorists should follow the posted detour or seek an alternate route, the release said.
