Freeholders Guarantee $60 Million Bonding


NORTHFIELD — Up to $145 million in Atlantic County Improvement Authority bonding can now move forward for the new Stockton University campus at the Gateway Project in Atlantic City, after the county freeholders voted Tuesday to guarantee the payment of up to $60 million.

 The freeholders also voted to guarantee up to $15.5 million in bonds for the first building in the Stockton Aviation Research and Technology Park in Egg Harbor Township, and to issue up to an additional $7.5 million in county bonds for design and construction of the first SARTP building.
