Freeholder Meeting to be Held in Mullica 9/13/16

RESOLUTION NO. 115 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 3-2016 CHANGING THE LOCATION OF A REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 13, 2016 AND INFORMING THE NEWSPAPERS WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, the 
 Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Atlantic expressed its decision by motion to move the location of its regular meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 from the Stillwater Building, Northfield, New Jersey 08225, to the Mullica Township Municipal Building, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood, New Jersey. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Atlantic that Resolution 3-2016 adopting a schedule of regular meetings of the Atlantic County Board of Chosen Freeholders be, and the same hereby is, amended to change the location of its regular meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 from the Stillwater Building, Northfield, New Jersey to the Mullica Township Municipal Building, 4528 White Horse Pike, Elwood, New Jersey. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board is directed to cause notice of said meeting, as approved in the Open Public Meetings Act of New Jersey, to be directed to The Press of Atlantic City, The Mainland Journal, and the Hammonton News, which newspapers were previously designated by Resolution 3-2016 by the Board of Chosen Freeholders to receive such notice because they have the greatest likelihood of informing the public within the County of such meetings; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to publish in accord with the law and to comply with all the terms and conditions of the aforesaid Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. c1973.
