WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP — The body of the man who was pulled from the Mullica River on Saturday has been identified by State Police as John Kohlbecker, who had been missing since Feb. 11.
Kohlbecker, 27, of Philadelphia,
was identified by his fingerprints. State Police said the cause of death
was drowning and hypothermia, but also noted that the investigation is
continuing.
