For your information, the new Planning Board Solicitor is Mr. Tim Maguire.  Mr. Maguire served as Mullica Township Solicitor under the Chasey/ Forman Administrations.  Mr. Maguire was employed during the Trash Transfer and Waszen cases and was frequently mentioned in Larry Angel's Blogs.
