FORT WORTH, Texas (WABC) --
New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie backed Donald Trump in the Republican
race for president on Friday, as the billionaire businessman sought to
beat back a series of blistering attacks from Marco Rubio on his
character by unveiling a powerhouse endorsement."This is the person who will go to Washington, D.C., and be able to absolutely turn the place around," Christie said at a news conference with Trump in Fort Worth, Texas.
Christie said Trump was hands-down the better choice than a first-term senator who "didn't show up for work."

Did we have to pay for that trip he took to Fort Worth Texas? Trump should have told him to stay home and take care of the mess in N.J.
Chris Christie is a political animal who has blind ambition for power and attention. He has now shifted gears and hitched his wagon the Trumps shooting star. He will be at Trumps side as a loyal follower and if he stays in good health and avoids any scandal he will get what he wants w/o getting elected since most folks have figured this guy out.
He really has shown how much he cares for us back he-probably has a lot of contempt for us.Its all about him and no one else unless they are powerful enough to help his cause. We should've seen this coming with his earlier man hug of Jerry Jones during an Eagle home game. Be warned America.
