On Friday January 15th at 2:25pm Ptl. Mike Jamerson of the Mullica
Township Police Department conducted pedestrian stop at Anna Drive and
Arch Lane in the Wharton Park section of Mullica Township. Ptl.
Jamerson conducted a brief field inquiry on the pedestrian, identified
as Thomas L. Hepburn 58 yrs old of Mullica Township. Hepburn was found
to be in possession of approximately one ounce of cocaine, a crime in
the second degree. Hepburn was charged with possession, possession with
intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was
lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of $150,000 full
bail.
