Chapter 225, Article 2, now states

§ 225-2 Disposal method.

All trash and garbage not collected by a private licensed contractor within the Township of Mullica, County of Atlantic, shall be disposed of by collection at the Township-operated transfer station and subsequent delivery, by the Township or by a private contractor employed by the Township, to a site designated by the Atlantic County Utilities Authority.
