Four people have recently announced their candidacies for Ventnor City Commission
Three of them — Tim Kriebel, Beth
Maccagnano-Holtzman and Lance Landgraf — are running together as one
ticket. The fourth, Joe McDevitt, is running by himself.
There are three open seats. The election is May 10, 2016.
Lance Landgraf
Landgraf, 52, is the director of
Planning at the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority and has worked
in the private planning and land use consulting field for 28 years.
He’s also the municipal and planning board planner for Brigantine and
Mullica Township.
He wants to spur economic
development by improving land-use regulations and procedures. He wants
to streamline the process for those looking to develop in Ventnor and
create a minimal amount of aggravation through that process.
“People come into town to do development, and it’s difficult to get through the process,” he said.
