An appeals court judge sided with a super political action committee Wednesday, meaning the Atlantic County Clerk will process mail-in-ballot applications partially filled out by the super PAC.

Fisher, Jr. denied the New Jersey Republican State Committee’s motion
for leave to appeal and vacated the stay on a court order requiring
Clerk Ed McGettigan to issue ballots to those who successfully completed
the applications.
