On September 3rd, all of our Mullica Students will be returning to school.
Oakcrest and its sister high
schools, Absegami and Cedar Creek, will start school Sept. 1 — almost a
full week before Labor Day, the traditional end of summer vacation.
More than a dozen local districts
will open before Labor Day this year, most bringing back teachers Sept.
1 or 2, then students Sept. 3. Most students will have class Thursday
and maybe a half-day Friday, then get a three-day Labor Day weekend
before jumping right into lessons Sept. 8.
