Computer Problems At Airports

Flights bound for airports in the Northeast are not expected to leave their origin airports until 2 p.m., officials said.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration, affected airports include all those in the New York City metro and the Washington, D.C. areas.


The FAA said there is an automation problem at an air traffic center in Leesburg, Va. "We are directing high altitude traffic around the affected airspace," according to a statement
