Sandman resigned, what a Special person he was. The Township should have fired him years ago. But, you know politics in Mullica Twp. How many lawsuits is the Twp. fighting because of his DUMB mistakes.
"DUMB mistakes"?? Maybe a few in my opinion but the majority of his work for years was nefarious in nature. People like him just don't resign. He was a useful tool. What gives with the resignation. Trouble in River City?
Tommy was dumber than dumb. His interpretation of our ordnance and constitutional protection to privacy was so twisted that it amazed everyone especially town employees and those that he gave so much pain and expense to. Tom was being paid top level salary for his on-job-training for almost 10 years at the expense of every tax payer in Mullica. The real question is, what was the republican club gaining by allowing such an incompetent person continue sucking up tax payers money?
He was a total idiot. Only reason he had a job was that he was politicaly connected. Again another example of tax payers wasted money. Good riddance

The republican club used his bar for meetings. He had a blind eye when it came to his cronies.Go back in history and see who appointed him, who got to build a monster garage on wetlands. Many big illegal things went on while he zoned in on people who had the "wrong"political sign on their lawns or spoke out against the repub administrations. It was well known all over town about his so called "mistakes" but the current repub administration still backed his "work". What does that tell you? Maybe the reign of zoning terror and inequality is over. Maybe not. How long will it take before the new guy is put under political pressure to shut his eyes for connected friends or attack opponents?
He was so nasty to citizens that he was banned from attending committee meetings. Probably just to keep his comments off the public minutes.
Wanted to punch him out until I realized he was just a pathetic, nasty old man. Karma, it's a bitch.
you would have to have been living under a rock for the last 10 years not to have heard something very negative about Sandman. Why would Brown,Riffle& Silva reappoint him in Jan. unless they agreed with his underhanded methods? It's such a shame that so many people were hassled and tormented by the guy for no reason while others skated by with obvious violations.
Here's one for you! He knocked on a door and told the people that the Democrat's were complaining about a trailer on the property. He didn't realize it was the sister of a Democratic committee person. Who knows how many lies he told to people for political reasons.
You people are wondering what the Republican Club had to gain and why the Repubs kept reappointing him. Sandman had a mission to lie about the Dems and gain Repub. support. He would look the other way for donators or club members.
